A: No, for companies we have another product called Office Templates Manager and can be found on the NiceTool.Net Product's page with 15 other applications. The applications is included in the subscription packages who have 50 or more users licenses.

Q: Does my IT department need to install this?

A: No. Outlook Templates plugs directly into Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and can be quickly and easily installed directly onto your computer without any IT support.

Q: Are my Templates secure?

A: Yes, files are completely safe and secure in Outlook Templates. All data and documents are protected using state-of-the-art encryption protocols. All communication between the Office plug-in and our servers is encrypted. Our servers are located in fully secure facilities with redundant backups so all data can be recovered at any point in time.

Q: Does it work for Macs?

A: No, Currently this product will be for PC's only. When an Investor have been knocking on the door, or enough Mac users have asked us. Well, else the Mac client should be available early 2011. Outlook Templates will be available for Microsoft Office 2010, 2007 and 2003 for Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.

Q: Why can't I update with Active Directory Updater?

A: After an update from Microsoft, you will need to state user accounts in UPN format - username@frabicam.com and not just the username. The change in format have occured after a servicepack update from Microsoft, and we are currently working on a workaround.

Q: Does it work behind a Proxy?

A: All applications will work behind a Proxy, some of the other products is still in the process of being "converted" to work behind a proxy. Some of the applications is already working in a corporate environment who run behind a proxy, some does not. The goal is that all our products will be working behind a proxy before March 20, 2010.
